Import into wip/imake

Log Message:
Import imake from xorg.

The imake package contains the imake utility for generating Makefiles,
plus the following support programs:

   - ccmakedep
   - cleanlinks
   - makeg
   - mergelib
   - mkdirhier
   - mkhtmlindex
   - revpath
   - xmkmf

NOTE: this package version is way lower and matches patren for vulnerability.
