Import into wip/py-OpenSSL

High-level wrapper around a subset of the OpenSSL library, includes : DESCR 
Makefile PLIST distinfo SSL.Connection objects, wrapping the methods of 
Python's portable sockets DESCR Makefile PLIST distinfo Callbacks written in 
Python DESCR Makefile PLIST distinfo Extensive error-handling mechanism, 
mirroring OpenSSL's error codes
