A couple of suggestions both to this and previous recent commits to
recent imported py-* packages:

 - Instead of changing multiple packages please just change it once at a
   time
 - Please use MASTER_SITE_PYPI (as a possible example please see the
   recent change to wip/py-mkdocs-material) instead of hardcoding the
   URL.
