go-jira: Document `keynote' kludge via TODO

(Unfortunately I use `password-source: pass' so I will probably not investigate
further/try to implement it soon-ish... if you are interested please just do it
and/or feel free to ask for possible further information (basically just
removing the patch is a good starting point, and IIRC, after that renaming the
`keyring_linux.go' file to just `keyring.go'... and then... more interesting
problems happens!)

+- Instead of removing `keyring' support, properly patch it to support more
+ Unix-like platforms (while for `keyring' it's probably trivial that would also
+ need UnixCreds support that ATM seems implemented only for Linux... For NetBSD
+ that's probably doable but I have no idea about other Unix-like platforms.)
+ Given that... probably importable in the pkgsrc tree also without doing this
+ TODO item.
