swi-prolog-lite: -DSWIPL_SHARED_LIB=ON is probably needed for swi-prolog-jpl

(Only based on cmake files reading, I can be probably wrong! (and
we can probably worry about that later when swi-prolog-{lite,packages}
are in better shape))
