Log Message:
webkit-gtk: Limit patch-Source_JavaScriptCore_jit_ExecutableAllocator.cpp to OpenBSD

It is no longer present on FreeBSD ports (so update the comment) and it is not
problematic on NetBSD... just limit it to OpenBSD.
