The SunOS check was commented out in pkgsrc/x11/xterm/Makefile revision
1.37

It looks like it was accidently committed as it has nothing to do with the
log message.

This caused the INSTALL.openwin stuff to be used.

That INSTALL.openwin support is broken anyways -- does anyone even use it?
The sed changes @PREFIX@ but that is not used.

My errors were:

Completed installation of executables and documentation.
Use "make install-ti" to install terminfo description.
/bin/sh /usr/pkgsrc/x11/xterm/work/.pkgdb/+INSTALL xterm-229 POST-INSTALL
cd: can't cd to /lib/X11/etc
/usr/pkgsrc/x11/xterm/work/.pkgdb/+INSTALL: /usr/5bin/tic: not found
=> Automatic manual page handling
=> Registering installation for xterm-229

Do we even need this INSTALL.openwin?
