   There are several ways:

   1) rename/move the old tools in /usr/sbin so they aren't found along
the PATH.
   2) chose a directory which is earlier in PATH than /usr/sbin, and
softlink the new pkg-tools there, pointing to /usr/pkg/sbin.
   3) Move /usr/pkg/sbin ahead of /usr/sbin in PATH.

I hate all three of those options. :-) There are other, more or less
creative, ways to do it.
