I'd suggest using pkgdepgraph instead, since it will also generate a
script to rebuild what you've deleted.

What I really recommend, though, is using pkg_info -u to get a list of
the top-level packages you want, and build everything in a subtree via
pkg_comp.  Then delete and reinstall.
