g_thread_gettime should be defined in libglib-2.0.so.
What is the output of

$ nm libglib-2.0.so | grep g_thread_gettime
$ nm libgthread-2.0.so | grep g_thread_gettime
and
$ ldd libgthread-2.0.so
?
