Nobody missed it, I guess. The attached patches update audio/libmusepack and
add MPC (musepack) support to audio/musicpd. It compiles and works for me. I
tried a sample MPC.

libmusepack has apparently been renamed to libmpcdec. Should the whole package
be renamed/moved? I just corrected DISTNAME etc. appropriately.
