It works. Just one thing though. theres a little issue with restarting 
apache.

porncatalog# /etc/rc.d/apache start
Starting apache.

OK.

porncatalog# /etc/rc.d/apache stop
Stopping apache.

OK

porncatalog# /etc/rc.d/apache start
Starting apache.

OK

porncatalog# /etc/rc.d/apache restart
Stopping apache.
Starting apache.
(48)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

this only happens withg fcgid module loaded.

Any idea what could be causing it?
