Installing elinks (I just updated) updated:
/usr/pkg/share/locale/locale.alias

It now has:

# Packages using this file: elinks

I didn't add it to the PLIST. As my system already had the file.

It also installed lib/charset.alias. The PLIST has:
@comment belongs to libiconv: lib/charset.alias

The debian packaging script included in elinks source removes that file.

How do we handle locale.alias?

I don't see it referenced in the meta data of any my installed packages. 
And I don't see in pkgsrc guide.
