1) this happens on sparc64, too. [probably on all the 64bits ?]
2) I've (personally) fixed that by uncommenting the GTtime thingie
3) graphics/inkscape doesn't complain about my fix.

Dunno whether the DEPRECATED setting disables more than just that
one method; I've just fixed the single occurance which I've seen.
