Works fine for me now.
Here is a announce from sourceforge.jp:
Woops, download.sourceforge.jp is official site name.
Not downloads.sourceforge.jp (now, alias for download.sourceforge.jp).
It seems to be simple DNS round robin site.
If one of mirror site is temporary stopping and 1st IP address indicate
that site, "make fetch" will be failed and never try to 2nd mirror site.
Sourceforge.net also have DNS round robin name "dl.sourceforge.net",
but isn't used as MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE now.
Easy maintainance of bsd.sites.mk or redundancy?
