znapzend: update to 0.23.6

znapzend (0.23.6) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fixed the runtime Docker container build, which broke when Alpine
    patch-bumped its perl package and the pinned perl version could no
    longer be selected; perl is no longer version-pinned in the Dockerfile.
  * Docker images are now published to the GitHub Container Registry
    (ghcr.io/oetiker/znapzend) instead of Docker Hub.
