kew: update to 4.4.0

Enhancements:
- MP4 support, including fragmented mp4's
- Spanish translation
- Russian translation
- Add xesam:url to MPRIS metadata
- Add trackslist support to MPRIS
- Flatpak package
- Add ability to seek while playback is paused
- Don't re-create device on song switching when the format is the same
- Prettier landscape mode when there's no cover (cover area disappears)

Bug Fixes:
- Fix when clicking in the playlist view, the selection bar can go to the bottom of the playlist
- Fix scrollbar unresponsive on very large terminal sizes
- Fix library view position jumping, when expanding a folder, then scrolling down with the scrollbar, then expanding another one
- Fixes several smaller issues with MPRIS implementation
- Fixes issue with unicode string length of folders in library
- Fixes stale .m3u playlist causing a crash
- Fix raw AAC ADTS support
- Fix Help view doesn't clear bottom lines cleanly when scrolling, showing duplicate lines
- Prevent open_url from firing twice
- Fix resources not being freed correctly in get_dbus_connection_with_timeout()
- Fix stalling of audio on 192khz songs on Pipewire
- Allow seeking back on small sound files
- Fix crash because of NULL in scroll_next()
- Fix landscape mode info message is very brief
- Fix use-after-free error when song was loading during the cleanup of decoders
- Fix sometimes the selected song in the library moves up until it disappears
- Fix kb/s on songs of different kHz not displayed back to back
- Fix windows build issue
- Fix off-by-one in length check
- Fix issue where collapse library to top level led to enqueueing requireing several key presses sometimes
- Fix hide mini-controls below the side cover if mouseEnabled=0
- Fix check for artists db returning a false positive
