Increase part size to 50 MB
ImportVolume has issues when images have too many parts.  Increasing
the size of parts from 10 MB to 50 MB seems to solve them.

Check for CLIENT_ERROR during ImportVolume too
Sometimes we error with SERVER_ERROR; sometimes we error with
CLIENT_ERROR.  Both errors are internal to AWS, and both errors
should result in us abandoning the upload.

Add --ssm-name-extra option
This can be used to store AMI IDs in a second SSM Parameter; FreeBSD
will use it to store AMIs as e.g.
/aws/service/freebsd/arm64/small/ufs/15.0/RELEASE/latest
in addition to the existing
/aws/service/freebsd/arm64/small/ufs/15.0/RELEASE
parameter path, so that the .../latest path can be updated to point
at patched images without modifying the original RELEASE parameter.

Detect SERVER_ERROR when importing volume
Around 1% of EBS volume imports are failing with a status message of
"SERVER_ERROR : conversion : AWS initiated task cancellation"; prior
to this change, the upload hangs (without exiting) because we're
waiting for a volume ID to be provided.  As a practical matter, this
results in the FreeBSD release build process hanging since it waits
for all of the uploads to "complete" (aka for all the processes to
exit).
Check for the substring "SERVER_ERROR" in the status message and
error out if encountered.

Work around ImportVolume request limits
Add a new ec2_apicall_resourcelimited function which is like ec2_apicall
except that if a request fails with ResourceLimitExceeded, it waits a
minute and then tries again.  Use it in importvolume, because FreeBSD
now tries to publish all of the AMIs at once (8 on 15.x, 8 on 14.x, and
2 on 13.x) and most of the uploads failed.
While I'm here, fix some whitespace bugs.

Update AMI disk specification
Belatedly switch default root disk type from gp2 to gp3.
Remove mention of ephemeral[0-3]; in the early days of EC2 it was
necessary to list these in the AMI in order to have ephemeral disks
attached, but modern EC2 instances attach ephemeral disks regardless
of whether they are enumerated in the AMI.
