misc/rozi: update to 0.0.29

Added

    Installable Claude Code and Codex plugins report agent lifecycle state and native conversation or thread IDs through Rozi's agent API. The Codex definition can resume a thread with codex resume 
<thread>. (#92, #95)
    Pane animations include Particles, which assembles fragments on open and bursts them outward on close. Set opening and closing styles independently with animations.pane_open_style and 
animations.pane_close_style; the existing pane_style remains a fallback. (#100)
    Pickers support configurable opening and closing animations. Choose Off, Fade, Portal, or Scan in Settings or with [animations] picker. (#104)
    Worktrees show branch identity and GitHub PR and CI status. Paths remain searchable and can be copied with Ctrl+C; Enter opens the checkout's session, and Ctrl+Enter opens a pane at the checkout 
in the current session. (#118)
    Agent and session pickers have an All tab for browsing across sessions or hosts. Sessions search all known hosts and show remote rows with their host names; Agents separates activity and status 
details and supports per-session filtering. (#121)
    Set [pane] scroll_multiplier to control mouse-wheel scrolling through pane history. It accepts whole numbers from 1 to 50 and defaults to 3. Settings also has a Scroll multiplier editor. (#123)
    Commands started from the command palette show a running indicator if they are still running after 300 ms. Extensions can also hide or show their own palette commands at runtime with rozi 
hide-command <ID> and rozi show-command <ID>. (#126, #125)

Changed

    Pane close animations remain visible while tiles move into the closing pane's space. Portal and Scan reveal the live layout beneath them, and retained closing panes no longer intercept input. 
Portal and Scan keep revealed content opaque by default; fade = true adds a whole-pane fade. (#94)
    Picker tabs now appear below the search field and divider, above results. (#101)
    Removing a clean worktree from the picker requires two Ctrl+K presses within the 3-second confirmation window. (#103)
    Destructive picker actions use Ctrl+K to arm and confirm. Profiles deletion moves from Ctrl+D to Ctrl+K. (#117)
    The keyboard cursor in the sidebar has a distinct row highlight. Modified sidebar arrow keys have hjkl equivalents, including Shift+h/l to resize the sidebar and Ctrl+k/j to focus the other 
panel. G selects the last row, and Files and Changes tabs accept g and G. Empty Files and Changes tabs keep sidebar mode active, and Worktrees no longer show stale checkouts after the last pane 
closes. (#106)
    Settings applies behavior choices only after confirmation. Cancelling an unconfirmed choice leaves the current configuration unchanged. (#104)
    Fast pane scrolling uses less CPU. In a measured client, wheel scrolling and scrollbar dragging used about 6% CPU, down from about 49% and 48%. (#120)

Fixed

    Closing panes with the Scale animation now visibly shrink and fade instead of disappearing immediately. (#93)
    Offline or lost session connection dialogs handle Esc and Enter through the same actions as their clickable hints. Esc opens Sessions; dismissing Sessions with Esc returns to the launcher while 
leaving the offline session and its panes in the background. (#108)
    Config warnings and background errors no longer appear as stray text inside panes. Session autosave errors are printed after quitting, once the terminal is restored. (#105)
    Healthy sessions keep their connection across suspend and resume. Links that remain dead still show as offline. (#114)
    In shared sessions, followers see floating-pane moves, split resizing, and other mouse layout edits without animation lag. (#115)
    Floating pane titlebar caps keep their color and shape over styled terminal text. (#116)
    Rozi exits with an error before entering the alternate screen or starting a session when a terminal cannot display UTF-8 text. (#119)
    Profiles show session status markers for attached, background, running, and inactive sessions. (#122)
    After removing a picker item, selection moves to the nearest remaining visible item. Selection also stays with the same item through reordering and refreshes when that item remains. (#127)

Compatibility

    Shared-session protocol version increases from 24 to 25 for live layout updates. Version 24 clients and servers are refused at handshake. Update every Rozi binary on hosts that share sessions.

    Shared-session protocol version increases to 26 for worktree PR and CI status. Restart clients and session servers together after upgrading. (#118)
    The control API schema version increases from 15 to 16 for the command-visibility capability. Existing extension manifests need no migration. Extensions that use the hidden manifest field must 
set min_rozi to the release that supports it, because older binaries reject unknown manifest fields. (#125)
