hunspell: update to 1.7.5.

2026-10-04: Hunspell 1.7.5 release:
  - -D lists only the dictionaries directly in each search folder, and
    no longer recurses into subfolders or lists hyphenation tables
    (#1152)
  - Search LibreOffice's dict-* extension folders for dictionaries
    (#1152)
  - Build with MSVC using the updated ax_cxx_compile_stdcxx
  - oss-fuzz fixes and hardening
