gnucash-docs: update to 5.17.

 5.17  - 27 Sept 2026
 Between 5.16 and 5.17, the following bugfixes were accomplished:
        o Bug 799744 - Import transaction from CSV skips fields if CSV file has
                       backslash just before final quote in a quoted field:
                       Document added checkbox.
 The following fixes and improvements were not associated with bug reports:
         o Guide Basics: Deleted the note about .xac files
         o Guide Accounts: Changed 'account ' to 'account type':These lists
           are actually account types.
         o Guide Accounts: Changed 'courses' to 'quotes'
         o Manual Account Actions: Remove Account types section as it's
           documented in the Guide.
         o Update adjust-dpi.sh to eliminate file changes due to rounding
           differences and other very small changes.
         o Resize Investment Lots figures to fit in the page.
         o Document CAGR columns in Investment Lots report: Add Realized and
           Unrealized CAGR documentation to the Investment Lots report in the
           Help Manual and Tutorial & Concepts Guide
         o Added some field detail to ch_invest. Some clarification added to
           "Symbol/abbreviation" and "ISIN, CUSIP, or other code" fields.
