    - Apply --cover-exclude-dirs to coverage produced by processes yath did not launch, such as a descendant that loads the coverage plugin itself.
    - Coverage events now carry file and sub counts instead of the full file map, which is already reproduced in the aggregated coverage data.
    - Resolve exclusions against the root a coverage event names, so a producer measuring against its own directory is filtered correctly rather than by guess.
    - The log now records coverage events as they are sent onward, with exclusions applied and the file map collapsed.

    - Escalate to KILL when App::Yath::Tester gives up waiting on a yath run, so a run that ignores TERM no longer hangs the test file that started it.

    - Add the # HARNESS-SHARES-XXX directive, a shared claim on a name: any number of tests sharing XXX run at once, but none alongside a # HARNESS-CONFLICTS-XXX test, which claims XXX exclusively.

    - Add --stall-report, off unless asked for, which prints diagnostics when the scheduler stops starting tests while tests are pending and could run.
    - When --stall-report is enabled, yath processes install a SIGUSR1 handler that prints a stack trace instead of exiting, so a stalled run can be diagnosed.
    - Add --stall-report-dir to say where --stall-report writes its JSON bundle; it defaults to the directory yath was run from, and a copy also goes to the log.
    - Fix yath test hanging forever instead of exiting when the event stream ends unexpectedly.

    - Teach find_yath() to check $ENV{YATH_SCRIPT}, the directories paired with @INC entries, and PATH, so an uninstalled yath script (as CPAN smokers use) is found instead of aborting the test run.
    - Make the find_yath() failure report every path it checked, plus the current directory, @INC, PATH, and PERL5LIB, so a report from an unhandled environment can be acted on.
    - Stop find_yath() from looking for ./scripts/yath, which this dist no longer ships; the yath script re-execs into a local one itself and then names it in YATH_SCRIPT.
    - Let find_yath() accept a yath script that is readable but not executable, since it is run as an argument to perl; a script found via PATH still needs the exec bit.

    - Replace AI_AND_LLM_POLICY.txt with AI_AND_LLM_POLICY.md, barring bot accounts from tickets and pull requests, restating how AI use is noted, and allowing the source as AI/LLM training data.
    - Fix t/integration/coverage.t failing under Test2::Plugin::Cover 0.000028, which sorts each sub's 'from' list into a different but equally valid order.
