libmicrohttpd: update to 1.0.3.

Released GNU libmicrohttpd 1.0.3.

    This is a bugfix release.
    It primarily fixes a list traversal issue that could
    cause connection handling issues when other connections
    were suspended.

Released GNU libmicrohttpd 1.0.2.

    This is a bugfix release.
    It primarily fixes a double-close() bug on bind() errors.
