Bugfixes:
 - Avoid stale query indexes when reloading the silo (Richard Hughes)
 - Clear the query cache when reloading the silo (Richard Hughes)
 - Correctly mark the silo as invalid when re-loading malformed data (Richard Hughes)
 - Fix building the silo when shared-mime-info is installed (Richard Hughes)
