Log Message:
sysutils/bup: TEST_DEPEND on py-test-xdist

This enables "gmake -j8 check" to run the (lengthy) bup tests in
parallel.

It remains to pass -j automatically from MAKE_JOBS, but this
dependency enables manual test runs to be parallelized.
