That shouldn't be needed for LXQt, I fixed this differently yesterday
(my time zone).

With that change, all of LXQt builds for me.

No objection to updating this package, of course. If you intend to
update all of Plasma, though, could you please wait a day or two to
let my earlier change settle? (I'm also about to update some LXQt
components and don't want to be rebuilding and potentially wading
through further changes once again. There are also consequences
I'd prefer to avoid for now updating to a newer KF6 version, IIRC.)
