That's a perfectly ok fix, but really that does not belong in DESCR in
the first place.  The HOMEPAGE should be the project's landing page, and
docs should be findable from that.   I just confirmed that at
  https://www.isc.org/bind/
there are lots of doc links include the above readthedocs one.
