The option --with-xpm only affects the build if php-gd uses its own copy
of gd.  In pkgsrc, the external gd is used though.

I built both variants of the package (with and without
libXpm/buildlink3.mk), they resulted in the same binary package, except
for the extra dependency on libXpm.
