Hi Adam,

This update didn't include a BUILDLINK_ABI_DEPENDS adjustment, but it
needs it. (It also should have included a bump of dependent packages,
but I'm not sure how much point there is in that now. In my case, this
broke a binary update of Qt5 packages, but the Qt5 version has already
been updated since this time.)
