I don't no if it shouldn't override .pc files, but the rule is named
override-libevent-pkgconfig.
Honestly, I don't understand why .pc files from pkgsrc libevent are
linked if USE_BUILTIN.libevent is set to yes.
Maybe there is a deeper problem to address.
