Expanding a bit the discussion here...

In previous versions mupdf-gl mostly provided the same functionality of
mupdf (X11), nowdays mupdf-gl - unlike mupdf (X11) - permits to handle
PDF annotations and forms so it probably could be handy to have that
enabled by default.
