Just out of curiosity, why `introspection' option was removed?
(`MESON_ARGS+= -Dintrospection=...' seems to permit to still have it)

Separate question, okay to incorporate the gtk-doc logic in the `doc'
option and keep it disabled by default? (I think that gtk-doc pick up
"bigger" dependencies than xmlto)
