I have seen that too when trying to build print/zathura but trying to
grep in py-sphinx I wasn't able to find how/why `attrs' is used (also
it seems that it isn't marked as a dependency via setup.py so I guess
that would be an upstream problem too if it's require attrs but doesn't
explicitly ask for it, no?).

Any idea why it's needed?
