salt: Limit to python27.

Noooo! Don't do that! Salt supports Python 3.x.

I have users who claim otherwise.  Maybe it is in third-party modules, I
don't know, but why should we penalise them?  For what benefit?

Maybe the package should be renamed to py-salt with support for multiple Python versions?

I use Salt a lot with Python 3.x. There are official builds for Python 3.x – check http://repo.saltstack.com.
