abell-94 is acceptable
We can follow Fedora Project that treats it as Free and GPL
compatible:

I think that in general we only follow Open Source Initiative and
Free Software Foundation approved licenses for
DEFAULT_ACCEPTABLE_LICENSES,
i.e. licenses listed in:
https://opensource.org/licenses/category
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html
Every other licenses (also if e.g. DFSG approved) are usually better
to be discussed in tech-pkg@ and added to its own line (e.g. see
`info-zip', `vera-ttf-license', etc.).
If it is not approved by OSI/FSF can you please bring it up to
tech-pkg@? (IMHO it is in line with the free software principles
and can be added to DEFAULT_ACCEPTABLE_LICENSES but it's better to
discuss that)
Thank you very much!
