Please don't add new packages while we are in a freeze. But leave it as
it for now. Normal convention is to include DESCR in the initial commit
as well as the version number.

amavisd-milter.sh shouldn't hard-code /bin/sh nor /usr/pkg. It likely
should make the user/group configurable as well.
