Update to 1.2.20150920:

2015/09/20
        + decrease table value for minimum number of arguments for the widgets
          which use --no-items option (report by Raven Singularity).
        + update configure macros:
          + use $SHELL consistently, deprecate non-POSIX shell
          + PKG_CONFIG may simply be unset - fix
          + add option to allow changing ABI version, from ncurses6.
