Update phonon-backend-gstreamer to 4.8.2

* Prevent excessive QPainter warnings when built against Qt 5 by not
  setting the WA_PaintOnScreen flag for the X11 renderer.
* Repair VideoWidget::snapshot which accidentally broke during GStreamer
  1.0 porting.
