Update databases/mongo-c-driver to 1.1.9.

1.1.9
 * This release fixes a common crash in 1.1.8, which itself was introduced
   while fixing a rare crash in 1.1.7

1.1.8
 * Crash freeing client after a replica set auth error.
 * Compile error strict C89 mode.
