        - Failed on CPAN Tester reports such as:

        - Thanks to Slaven Rezic for pointing it to me.

2.85   2015-04-13
    * Convert "Changes" (= this file) to CPAN::Changes.
        - Added t/cpan-changes.t in the process.
    * Add OLD-Changes.txt for the old changes' log.

2.84   2015-04-13
    * Fix https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=103496
        - Improperly update while using _write_config_with_a_made_fh
        - Thanks to JORISD for the report, a proposed patch and a test case.
