Update ibus-table to 1.8.9.

* Move some options into a new tab "Details"
* Ignore Shift+Space hotkey to switch fullwidth/halfwidth if the database is
  not for CJK
* Resolves: rhbz#1133422
* Pass IBus.KEY_KP_Enter to the application if the preedit is empty
* Resolves: rhbz#1133424
