Update to 1.6.2. Add a comment to patch.

Noteworthy changes in version 1.6.2 (2014-08-21) [C20/A0/R2]

 * Map deprecated RSA algo number to the RSA algo number for better
   backward compatibility.

 * Support a 0x40 compression prefix for EdDSA.

 * Support building using the latest mingw-w64 toolchain.
