Log Message:
Import commit-patch-2.5 as devel/commit-patch.

A neat little utility that lets you check in select portions of a
file into Darcs, Git, Mercurial, Bazaar, Subversion, or CVS
repositories. It comes as a command line app and also and emacs
interface.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 pkgsrc/devel/commit-patch/DESCR \
    pkgsrc/devel/commit-patch/Makefile pkgsrc/devel/commit-patch/PLIST \
