    Build related changes:
        Ninja and GYP r1948 are now required to build Mozc for Android, NaCl, 
or Linux desktop. Note that you don't need to install Ninja manually, since 
depot_tools maintains pre-built Ninja binaries.
        A sample Dockerfile is now available at 
mozc/docker/ubuntu12.04/Dockerfile. It provides a reference build environment 
of Mozc for Android, NaCl, and Linux desktop. See BuildInDocker for details.
