Joerg, we know you are alive, so could you say "Yes" or "No" (or drop OWNER)?
As you know as a OWNER, libtool is a key tool, so we are waiting for your 
action.
If this goes on, next stable branch will have broken libtool, and missing 
improvements
and fixes that could have been done.
