     There is no fortran code in this package.  You should never
add fortran to USE_LANGUAGES simply because some dumb script suggests
it.  You should only do so if the package truely needs it.  And,
in fact, it can cause problems if a user wishes to use packages
that do need fortran since the version of fortran you pull in might
use the wrong ABI.

} build with mmx, sse, and "tests" option, which uses pcap, X11, sndfile,
} libxml2, fltk, and fftw to run some tests. All of these options are
} disabled by default. Some of these changes were already present in
} wip/spandsp and were merged into this package after its removal. All
