The main issue is handling p5-DBD-MySQL to support multiple versions,
and I'm not completely happy with the naming scheme, but I can't think
of anything better.

This also supports our percona55 package from pkgsrc-joyent as a MySQL
option.

We were hoping to integrate this soon but if you want to pick bits
from it feel free.
