See x11/xclock, which is also ${MASTER_SITE_XORG:=app/}. I just did
CATEGORIES+=time in oclock's Makefile. If that is not acceptable, we can move
it, but xclock goes with it.

Right, so you're optimising for the single occurrence over multiple
ones, and then arguing about it, because... oclock uses X11?

% ls -1d time/*clock
time/abclock
time/asclock
time/cairo-clock
time/catclock
time/dclock
time/emiclock
time/glclock
time/gnyaclock
time/lmclock
time/pclock
time/polclock
time/projclock
time/rclock
time/sunclock
time/wmmoonclock
time/xdaliclock
time/xonclock
%

Lots of things in pkgsrc use X11, but we don't put them in the X11
category because of that.

The one exception `xlock' is same condition as `oclock',
parts of Modular Xorg application, not just uses X11.
