Update emacs-snapshot to 24.3.50.20130510.

Notable changes:
- Use Gnulib ACL implementation, for benefit of Solaris etc.
- Eliminate variable c-standard-font-lock-fontify-region-function.
- Handle arbitrarily long C++ member initialisation lists.
