Update gmtk to 1.0.8.

    Updated Spanish translation
    Updated Japanese translation
        Rework initial subtitle visibility setting

    Run make update-po
    Add message when screenshot capture fails
    Switch to GLIB for GMLIB header files, since GTK is not included
    Switch to GTK VERSION tags when possible
